This summer Elijah & I played outside a lot because it was really warm. We shot our bows & arrows with Papa, rode our bikes, & went swimming. We also went hunting with Daddy but we didn't get anything. We went to Michigan for Grandad & Gigi's 60th anniversary and after the party I got picked up by Grams & Papa K. They took me to Ohio so I could meet my new baby sister Hope. After staying their for a week, my Dad & Bobbi took me back to Minnesota. I had my 9th birthday when I got back & got lots of cool toys. I had a great summer!

Ethan, I enjoyed your blog post. I love you and am proud of how you are "growing" up in so many wonderful ways (generosity, loving your brothers, helping at home, spiritual studies, and more). ReplyDeleteEthan, this summer was great for us as well in large part because of the time we got to spend together here as well as at Ironwood Springs. Bobbi, Hope and I are so blessed to have you in our lives. I'm proud of the way you are maturing and growing. I love how you volunteer to help with things and want to know how things work. Most of all, I love watching you and your sister interact. Bobbi and I think you may be her favorite person. I hope we get to see you soon. I love you son.
